If the product crashes, fails to output a picture, or the screen turns black, please press the reset button on the right side of the device to restart it. Q-3: Imaging Screen Is Not Clear A-3. The optimal imaging focal length of the product is 2cm-10cm.Please adjust the distance to the object, or clean the front of the camera with a clean alcohol cloth. Q-4: Product Charging: A-4. Use a 5V/1A(5V/2A) charger to charge the device. Note that the product does not support fast charging. Q-5: The Camera Is Hot A-5. It's normal for the camera to heat up, especially when the LED light is at its highest brightness. However, this does not affect normal use or the device's service life.
